Your future role Take on a leadership role in a dynamic and collaborative environment, managing a multidisciplinary team and working closely with engineering, suppliers, and project teams. As a Documentation Project Lead Engineer with the Integrated Services Readiness team, you will lead the delivery of technical publications and training activities across multiple projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met. Key responsibilities
Manage the delivery of maintenance documentation and contractual deliverables Lead and plan documentation activities, including workload and resources Oversee third-party suppliers and stakeholder collaboration Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal standards Monitor project performance (planning, cost, quality) and report on KPIs Review and approve technical documentation before release Support project reviews and ensure customer satisfaction
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in technical publications, documentation, or similar environment Proven experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams Strong understanding of technical documentation processes and standards Experience managing suppliers or subcontractors is an assetStructured, detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with documentation tools and systems (e.g., PDM, CMS, or similar) Fluency in English
