Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Brand Manager – Go-To-Market for a full-time, permanent position with the Watier brand.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, Watier, the Brand Manager – Go-To-Market will be responsible for implementing integrated marketing strategies aimed at strengthening brand awareness, accelerating consumer adoption, and supporting business growth. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing programs such as promotional strategies, in-store displays and sales tools, as well as executing product launches for the Watier brand.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Oversee the end-to-end planning and implementation of the marketing strategy for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives
  • Develop a robust promotional plan (seasonal gift sets, bonus formats, etc.) that will enable the brand to achieve sustained and profitable growth
  • Work with cross-functional teams on promotional products, considering market trends and consumer needs
  • In collaboration with cross-functional teams, provide the best 360 plans to support promotional and launch executions, including displays and point-of-sale materials
  • Ensure strict brand consistency across all packaging, content, merchandising, and communications
  • Work on seasonal merchandising updates (visuals, duratrans, permanent displays, etc.)
  • Create training materials for the sales team
  • Develop and present sales programs, launch plans, and promotional strategies to internal teams
  • Manage the budget and P&L for programs
  • Closely monitor the competition, analyze the market, and track trends to identify opportunities and ensure the brand’s continued growth
  • Work closely with the sales, purchasing, logistics, marketing, merchandising, and finance departments to develop and execute marketing plans within the prescribed timeframes and budgets

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in marketing, business, or related)
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing / commercial marketing, ideally in cosmetics industry or another related field withing the consumer goods sector (CPG)
  • Experience with product launches and post-launch lifecycle management (strong asset)
  • Experience with market data analysis (e.g., Nielsen) and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to interpret financial data (P&L, price analysis, etc.)
  • Possesses a solid understanding of the Canadian cosmetics and skincare industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
