Role Title: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant Location: Remote (Canada) Salary: Base CAD 120K-140K annually + Health Benefits
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our growing consulting team. In this role, you will lead ERP implementation and data migration initiatives for enterprise clients, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will help design and deliver scalable ERP solutions while ensuring successful data migration, integration, and reporting throughout implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities Lead data mapping and migration activities from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Partner with business users to define data mapping, transformation, and validation requirements. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using SQL, SSIS, APIs, and integration tools such as Boomi. Support Workday HCM data integration and migration activities. Validate data quality and ensure successful migration outcomes. Develop migration reports and executive dashboards using Power BI. Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and implementation partners throughout the implementation lifecycle. Produce technical documentation, migration plans, and solution documentation. Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, developers, and implementation partners. Participate in solution design workshops and client meetings.
Qualifications Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Hands-on experience migrating data into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Experience with Workday HCM data migration and integration. Strong SQL, ETL, SSIS, and API integration skills. Experience with data mapping, data validation, and legacy system conversions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders. Experience working with Systems Integrators and cross-functional business teams. Proven ability to manage data migration plans, timelines, risks, and issue resolution.
Preferred Skills Experience with Boomi integration platform. Experience with Viewpoint by Trimble. Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
