Job Descriptio n:Title: MLOps Architec t Location: Toronto, ON (4 days/Week HYBRI D)Duration: Long term assignme n t Role Summa ryWe are seeking a highly driven Project Lead with deep expertise in AWS cloud platforms and modern infrastructure practices. This role combines technical leadership, client-facing ownership, and team enablement across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, proactively unblocks teams, and serves as a trusted technical advisor for cloud-native and AI/ML-enabled solution
s. Key Responsibilit ies• Lead and oversee multiple AWS-based delivery initiatives in paral lel• Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakehold ers• Architect and guide cloud solutions leveraging AWS best practi ces• Mentor and enable offshore teams, ensuring progress during distributed working ho urs• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; unblock teams effectiv ely• Drive infrastructure automation and platform matur ity• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to support ML infrastructure, pipelines, and deployme nts• Ensure security, reliability, scalability, and cost-awareness across cloud worklo
ads Required Skills & Experi ence• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering AWS projects, with overall 10+ years of experi ence• Deep understanding of core AWS services (IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, Sagemaker e tc.)• Strong expertise in container technologies (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/ EKS)• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK preferred; Terraform accepta ble)• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflow automa tion• Understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, including model deployment and ML infrastructure patt erns• Experience owning client communication, technical discussions, and delivery upd ates• Ability to support and unblock teams during offshore working h ours• Self-driven, proactive, and accountable with a strong ownership min
