The opportunity:

Join us in shaping the future of HR service delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the architecture, design, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of a modern HR intake, triage, and case management ecosystem. Leveraging Power Automate, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft 365 technologies, you will drive the development of innovative solutions that enhance the employee experience, streamline HR operations, and improve service delivery across all HR portfolios. In this role, you will partner with HR leadership to translate business needs into technical workflows.

The qualifications and experience we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or HR related field is required. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert is preferred. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate is preferred. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant is preferred. Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (or higher) is preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in workflow automation, system implementation or HR technology is required. Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft Power Platform is required. Experience implementing case management or ticketing systems is required. Experience integrating SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and Forms is required. Familiarity with Power BI is preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-function HR/IT initiatives is preferred. An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
