Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment and Partnership Development
- Support the Senior Vice President in the implementation of WinSport’s sport partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and outcomes.
- Monitor and ensure the completion of all partnership agreements ensuring requirements and deliverables are met.
- Identify opportunities to enhance partnerships, increase utilization, and improve partner experience.
- Contribute to proposals, partnership agreements, and reporting documents.
Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned sport organizations, maintaining consistent and professional communication.
- Lead onboarding, orientationand ongoing management of sport partners, including athletes, coaches, and clubs.
- Own the end-to-end partner experience from arrival through to departure, ensuring scheduling clarity and resource availability.
- Proactively manage expectations, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction across all partner groups.
- Coordinate regular check-ins, partnership reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain coach handbooks, support materials, and event participation logistics.
Training, Competition, and Event Planning
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive training and competition strategy, including a 1-year event calendar and 4-year forward plan.
- Define and plan athlete pathways from beginner to high performance.
- Coordinate schedules, bookings, and facility allocation across all user groups, including access for training spaces, venues, and partner programs.
- Oversee event planning and execution, including contracts, logistics, and partner coordination.
- Support delivery of partner programs, camps, competitions, and events in collaboration with internal departments.
- Assist partners in navigating internal processes, policies, safety standards, and operational requirements.
- Manage event participation logistics including passes, waivers, tickets, and volunteers.
- Gather post-event evaluations and partner feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Operations Integration & Hill Management
- Collaborate with Operations to manage seasonal opening and closing of the hill and park, including safety, access, and hours.
- Oversee facility lifecycle planning, including maintenance, capital projects, and new infrastructure in coordination with the Operations team.
- Contribute to terrain planning, standards, and safety compliance (e.g., NASSA, terrain manuals).
- Ensure quality control and continuous improvement of on-hill training environments.
Strategic Planning & Growth
- Contribute to master hill planning and long-term infrastructure strategy.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including international training camps, event-based revenue, and accommodation partnerships.
- Support right-sizing of major events (e.g., World Cups) for long-term sustainability and impact.
- Collaborate across Sport, Guest Relations, Events, Sales, and Operations on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Contract Management
- Support the development, review, and execution of partnership agreements, MOUs, and service contracts.
- Track contract timelines, renewal dates, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with internal partners to ensure contract terms are accurately implemented.
- Maintain organized, accurate records of all partnership documentation.
Financial Management
- Develop and oversee budgets for partnership activity, training, and competition.
- Lead rate and fee strategy, ensuring alignment with market conditions and utilization goals.
- Monitor and manage event financials, including quotes, invoicing, and collections.
- Conduct utilization, revenue, and cost analysis to support decision-making and evaluate feature viability.
Measurement, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement

Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, usage data, and key metrics.

Track and report on KPIs including facility usage, partner satisfaction, and retention.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on partnership health and growth opportunities.

Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to continuously improve service delivery.
Special Projects & Organizational Support
- Lead or support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Collaborate across Sport, Guest Relations, Events, Sales, and Operations
- Support broader organizational needs during transition periods or key initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Sport Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sport partnerships, sport development, or partnership management, preferably within a multi‑sport or not‑for‑profit environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with NSOs, PSOs, and clubs.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships with diverse partners.
- Experience negotiating and managing partnership agreements and budgets.
Skills and Competencies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
