Role : Cybersecurity Program/Project Manager Duration: Contract – 3+ months Possibility of Extension & Conversion Location: Toronto - Onsite

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Program/Project Manager to support enterprise security initiatives. The role focuses on cybersecurity governance, regulatory programs, portfolio management, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing large-scale cybersecurity programs in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and reporting structures for cybersecurity programs. Lead portfolio planning and execution, including tracking dependencies, risks, and resource allocation. Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans and ensure timely delivery. Create executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate progress, risks, and insights. Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of cybersecurity priorities with business goals. Provide strategic recommendations to improve security capabilities and operational efficiency. Manage changes, adapt to shifting priorities, and ensure smooth execution of cybersecurity initiatives. Perform analysis to support continuous improvement and long-term planning of security programs.

Must-Have Skills 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Program or Project Management Experience working on cybersecurity governance, regulatory, or enterprise security programs Experience building business cases and financial documentation Post-secondary education (degree or diploma)
