Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Industry
Extensive experience
Experience supervising crews on industrial job sites
Knowledge of government bidding processes and contract management
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven project management abilities
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
About The Role
This position requires a highly adaptable and organized leader who can successfully oversee branch operations, support field teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
The Successful Candidate Will
Lead and inspire teams in a demanding, high-volume environment
Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
Coordinate commercial and from planning through completion
Manage client expectations and resolve challenges efficiently
Support estimating, scheduling, and contract administration activities
