About the Role

The Lab Manager is responsible for determining the scope and management of one of RADIUS' Lab Programming Areas while delivering the lab's mandate. The Manager designs and implements a strategy to promote systemic outcomes; and is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of programming to support participants to understand systemic problems and create, test, develop and potentially grow new social ventures and systemic interventions within the lab's area of focus. The manager also works to identify prioritize and act on broader opportunities to positively shift systems surrounding the lab's area of focus. The Manager oversees a range of complex engagements, relationships, and responsibilities within their lab and across the RADIUS portfolio. The Manager will be proactive in understanding and applying a justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) framework to all aspects of their scope of work.
