Overview

We’re on the hunt for an VP, Influence who truly understands how creator culture drives modern brand growth.

Based in Toronto, you will shape our influencer and creator product and positioning, turning it into a powerhouse integrated offering within a new social agency. This isn’t about checking boxes on a talent roster; it’s about strategic oversight, operational leadership, and creative excellence. You will determine the agency’s point of view on the future of influence—especially as AI reimagines our space—and own how we scale.

What makes our offering a true differentiator is that our influencer team doesn’t operate on an island, nor are they expected to do it all. We believe influencer marketing thrives when it is deeply embedded in the agency's core. You will architect a model where influencer specialists lean into the strengths of dedicated social experts across strategy, creative, and measurement. By partnering with these distinct, specialized disciplines, you ensure our creator work is born from bulletproof strategic insights, elevated by top-tier creative execution, and validated by rigorous data—allowing your team to focus on what they do best: mastering the creator ecosystem and unlocking cultural impact.

We’re a growing agency, which means we need visionary builders, not passengers. You will act as the ultimate influencer decision-maker across strategy, brand campaigns, always-on, and performance media. You’ll champion innovation, encouraging your team to test, iterate, and push the boundaries of what’s possible while continuously optimizing team structures and workflows for maximum effectiveness.

Relationships and leadership matter deeply here. You will model solution-oriented leadership in real time, serving as a calm, confident, and perspective-driven presence through shifting priorities. As a knowledge sharer and team player, you will mentor the department, provide clear feedback to support autonomy, and build strong, trust-based relationships with influencers, talent managers, clients, and cross-functional partners.

If you’re excited by the idea of defining the future of integrated influence, driving massive organic growth, and leaving your mark on a fast-moving, social-first agency, we should talk.

Scale & Framework Development: Proven experience developing and scaling strategic frameworks across multiple tracks of work, maintaining a deep understanding of creator ecosystems and shifting platform dynamics. Cultural & Strategic Acuity: Strong strategic thinking, with a demonstrated ability to translate emerging cultural trends into standout influencer executions for large, blue-chip brands. AI & Future-Proofed Mindset: A track record of actually embedding emerging technologies and AI workflows into agency operations specifically for influencer work, whether that’s leveraging AI to supercharge creator discovery, streamline contract workflows, or optimize content performance and measurement. You don't just have a point of view on how AI is reimagining the creator space; you’ve already started building the infrastructure for it. Commercial & Data Literacy: Experienced in leveraging data, analytics, and modern measurement solutions to tie influencer performance to business outcomes, backed by a strong operational understanding of team and client P&L. C-Suite Presence: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the confidence and presence required to present complex strategies to senior stakeholders and clients.
