Title and Summary Director – Agentic Trust Growth & Innovation Overview The Director, Agentic Trust Growth & Innovation is responsible for defining and driving the Agentic Trust strategy and governance across all Security Solutions Organization (SSO) verticals, including Identity & Fraud, Cybersecurity, and Disputes & Experience. This role leads the evolution of the current Agentic Trust strategy, including expansion to multi-rail channels and initiatives prioritization. It ensures disciplined execution and governance of the strategy, aligning stakeholders across Product, Technology, and Business functions. Role Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Portfolio • Define and drive the Agentic Trust strategy, aligned to business priorities and market opportunities • Own initiatives prioritization, including trade-offs across initiatives to maximize impact and value • Translate strategic objectives into clear priorities and execution plans Innovation & Capability Development • Identify and incubate new Agentic Trust capabilities and use cases • Partner with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap direction and solution design • Support alignment of innovation efforts with commercialization priorities Execution & Delivery • Drive execution across product, engineering, and risk teams • Ensure initiatives progress against defined goals, timelines, and success measures • Resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and blockers Governance & Execution Discipline • Establish and manage prioritization, tracking, and governance processes • Ensure visibility into progress, risks, and decision-making across initiatives Stakeholder Engagement • Align and influence stakeholders across product, technology, and business teams • Lead senior-level updates, providing clear insights on priorities, progress, and risks Thought Leadership • Contribute to the development of Agentic Trust narrative and market positioning • Partner with communications and marketing to support external thought leadership All About You: • Experience leading program strategy or portfolio management in complex, technology-driven environments with clear ownership of multi-initiative portfolios • Proven track record shaping strategy at scale, including defining multi-year roadmaps and making prioritization trade-offs across competing initiatives • Strong ability to operate at the intersection of strategy, product, and technology, influencing roadmaps without direct ownership • High degree of executive presence and stakeholder influence, including experience engaging and aligning senior leadership in matrixed organizations • Structured thinker with strong governance discipline, able to establish prioritization frameworks, track progress, and drive decision-making at program level • Experience incubating and scaling new capabilities or innovations, from concept definition through early-stage validation • Strong communication and narrative skills, with the ability to translate complex strategies into clear executive messaging and thought leadership • Experience with agentic commerce, AI-driven systems, or emerging digital ecosystems • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a bias toward action and outcomes Mastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
