- Schedule: Monday to Friday, regular on-site presence required

WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role, you will deliver and grow an entrepreneurship support program by providing training, outreach, and connections that enable diverse women to successfully start and scale their businesses.
- Deliver engaging entrepreneurship training and workshops that build participants’ skills and confidence to start and grow businesses
- Expand access to entrepreneurship opportunities through proactive outreach to diverse and underserved women
- Connect participants to mentorship, networks, and essential resources that accelerate business success
- Create inclusive networking opportunities that strengthen local, regional, and national entrepreneurial ecosystems
- Develop and enhance practical tools, resources, and curriculum that support entrepreneurial learning and decision-making
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations to expand program reach and impact
- Track and measure program outcomes to demonstrate impact and continuously improve participant experience
- Collaborate across teams to deliver a cohesive, high-impact program that meets participant needs and drives meaningful results
WHAT YOU BRING
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Child and Youth Care, Education, Social Work, Recreation, Human Services, or a related field.
- Knowledge of employment readiness, youth engagement, and strengths-based support practices.
- Understanding of culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and participant-centered approaches.
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Experience supporting individuals facing barriers to education or employment.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and case management skills.
- Computer proficiency and experience using common workplace technologies.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
