Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT - Release Train Strategist II to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert Pay Rate: Starting from $98 per hour Location: Toronto, ON Location Type: Hybrid Business Hours: Monday-Friday; Core business hours

Job Responsibilities: Facilitate program increment (PI) planning sessions, ensuring alignment of team objectives with the organizational vision Monitor progress across teams to ensure adherence to timelines and manage interdependencies within the release train Proactively identify and resolve obstacles and issues that affect release schedules and product quality Work with product management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features and capabilities for forthcoming releases Encourage collaboration and improve communication between teams, fostering a continuous improvement of culture Generate and report key metrics to track release train performance and ensure continuous delivery is optimized Experience & Qualification Requirements: Post secondary degree required 2+ years of RTE experience Strong understanding of money movement, transfers (global, electronic) Strong working knowledge of Scaled Agile Experience using Jira and Confluence Very strong and clear communication (written and verbal) Strong problem-solving skills Strong facilitation skills Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable Experience using Clarity Scrum Master or Safe Agile or RTE certifications Prior experience How to Apply: If you are a motivated professional looking to contribute to a leading team, please submit your resume outlining your qualifications and experience relevant to this role.
