Required immediately.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily supervision of all site operations

• Daily logs and completion of all related job reports

• Prepare and maintain project schedule with Subcontractors/suppliers

• Ensure the quality and completion of all trades

• Monitor and regulate all safety policies

• Ability to read blueprints and all associated project documents

• Minimum 5-10 years Site Superintendent Experience + Carpentry Experience

• Excellent command of the English language both oral/written

• Ability to interpret and build according to Mechanical / Electrical drawings, specifications, and other documents.

• Other related duties

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must have Standard First Aid - CPR A - AED certificate

• Salary commensurate with experience

• Must be will to travel to job sites with-in and surrounding the GTA

• Salary: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
