Sr. Content Manager & Influencer Partnerships Location: Toronto, ON Team: Loblaw Agency – Social The Opportunity We’re looking for a strategic, highly organized, and culturally connected leader to join Loblaw Agency as Sr. Content Manager & Influencer Partnerships. This role will lead social content and influencer programming across assigned portfolios, connecting brand strategy, creator partnerships, and platform-native storytelling into integrated content programs that drive relevance, engagement, and business impact. You will play a key role in shaping how our brands show up across social, balancing brand building, performance, and creator authenticity, while helping teams move with greater clarity, speed, and accountability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, execution, and cross-functional leadership. What You’ll Do Portfolio Strategy & Content Leadership Own social content strategy across assigned portfolios, ensuring all work ladders to brand objectives, business priorities, and platform best practices Translate enterprise and brand strategy into clear program direction across campaign, always-on, and influencer-led initiatives Balance brand-building, performance, and creator-led storytelling within portfolio content strategies Act as a strategic point of accountability for portfolio-level social content and influencer program decisions Influencer & Creator Program Leadership Lead influencer and creator planning across assigned portfolios, including objectives, scope, sequencing, and execution planning Ensure influencer content aligns to brand strategy, platform best practices, and campaign priorities while protecting creator authenticity Partner with internal teams and agency partners to deliver integrated influencer programs at scale Support creator sourcing, partnership development, contracting, and performance optimization Execution & Delivery Management Own end-to-end delivery across assigned portfolios, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, on budget, and to quality standards Lead strategic planning and alignment sessions across Brand, Creative, Community Management, Media, and Insights teams Drive strong operational excellence across workflows, timelines, approvals, and production execution Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively solve challenges to maintain momentum and delivery quality Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as a primary day-to-day lead for Brand Marketing partners across content and influencer programs Present strategic recommendations, creative rationale, and performance insights with confidence and clarity Collaborate closely with Creative, Planning & Insights, Media, Community Management, Legal, and external partners to ensure integrated execution Build trust and alignment through strong communication, accountability, and follow-through What You Bring 6–8+ years of experience across social media, content strategy, influencer marketing, or integrated marketing Experience leading cross-functional content and creator programs within agency, retail, media, or brand environments Strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and platform-native storytelling Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines Strong strategic thinking paired with operational and executional excellence Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience balancing creative ambition with business priorities and operational realities A strong ownership mindset with high accountability, attention to detail, and bias toward action Passion for culture, creators, social trends, and evolving audience behaviour What Success Looks Like High-quality content and influencer programs delivered on time, on brief, and on budget Strong integration between strategy, creative, influencer, and media execution Positive stakeholder feedback and trusted cross-functional partnerships Efficient workflows and clear ways of working across portfolios Strong contribution to engagement, brand relevance, and creator program performance Consistent demonstration of leadership, accountability, and operational excellence Why Join Loblaw Agency At Loblaw Agency, we’re redefining how brands grow through social, culture, creators, and community.
