About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant based in Canada. You will join a fast-growing revenue technology environment focused on helping enterprise sales teams maximize performance across the entire customer journey. The platform is deeply integrated with Salesforce-centric ecosystems and is designed to guide sales professionals before, during, and after every customer interaction. In this role, you will lead complex enterprise implementations, ensuring customers successfully adopt and realize value from advanced sales execution and analytics capabilities. You will operate at the intersection of consulting, project leadership, and technical solution design, working closely with large global organizations. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and mission-driven, with strong emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement. You will have significant autonomy in managing strategic implementations from start to finish. Accountabilities You will be responsible for leading end-to-end enterprise implementations and ensuring successful customer onboarding and adoption of the platform. Manage 5–7 simultaneous enterprise implementations, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and success criteria Build and execute detailed implementation project plans in collaboration with Sales and internal stakeholders Define measurable success metrics, milestones, and value-driven outcomes for each customer engagement Lead customer communication across the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage Identify, manage, and mitigate implementation risks, issues, and dependencies proactively Provide expert guidance on best practices for sales productivity, operational efficiency, and system optimization Design and deliver tailored training sessions, enablement programs, and change management strategies Configure and support Salesforce-centric environments, ensuring seamless integration and adoption Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Salesforce and the platform, escalating when needed Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in partnership with account stakeholders Requirements You bring strong experience in enterprise implementations, consulting, and customer-facing technical delivery within complex environments. 5+ years of experience in implementation consulting, professional services, or solutions engineering in enterprise environments Strong expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration Proven track record managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects simultaneously Experience working with enterprise clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments Strong background in project management, solution design, and customer success delivery Experience delivering training, enablement, and change management programs Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to operate independently with high ownership and accountability Exposure to Sales Engagement or Conversation Intelligence tools is a plus Knowledge of telephony or CTI integrations within Salesforce is an advantage Benefits Competitive salary range: 120,000 to 160,000 USD Equity and stock option opportunities Flexible time off policy (US aligned benefits where applicable) Multiple medical, dental, and vision insurance options, including HSA and FSA plans Work-from-home flexibility and remote-friendly culture Paid parental leave after eligibility period Opportunity to work with enterprise-level global clients and cutting-edge AI-driven solutions Strong focus on learning, growth, and professional development
