Job Description
Role Summary/Purpose:
Reports to Senior Vice President, Media
The Manager, Media will lead the planning and execution of integrated media campaigns for Universal Pictures and Focus Features theatrical releases across English and French Canada. This role is responsible for delivering effective, data-driven media strategies that support overall marketing objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage all advertising campaigns across social, digital, programmatic, connected tv, linear and out of home Manage timelines and critical paths to ensure all media and creative assets are delivered on schedule and within budget Partner with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute high-impact campaigns Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive digital and social campaigns Support broader team initiatives and contribute to campaign development as needed
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Post secondary diploma or degree in marketing, communications or adjacent field Minimum 5 years of experience within an advertising agency, client organization, or motion picture studio supporting marketing initiatives Strong understanding of media planning and its application to integrated marketing campaigns Exceptional organization and attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects and stakeholders Strong analytical, numerical, and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities Willingness to accommodate business needs, including occasional evening and weekend work Eligibility Requirements:

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time. This position reflects a current vacancy within the team.
