TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Delivery Manager

Job Description

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1. 8 + years of delivery experience driving large-scale programs (IAM, Security, or Cloud) Proven ability to: Drive projects forward proactively (not reactive) Challenge stakeholders and clarify ambiguous requirements Work across engineering, architecture, and business teams
2. Experience navigating complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders (including executives). Must be able to speak confidently with engineers and architects and guide solutions (not necessarily implement)
3. Hands-on working knowledge of: Microsoft Entra ID (MANDATORY) Identity Providers (IdP) Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
4. Understanding of authentication protocols: SAML OAuth / OpenID Connect
5. Good understanding of: Cloud environments (Azure preferred) Secure application deployment concepts (containers, DevOps, etc.)
6. Ability to understand and guide: Secure infrastructure patterns Identity integration across applications and systems

Nice-To-Have Skills: Experience with: Enterprise IAM implementations or migrations Large-scale MFA rollouts Exposure to tools/platforms such as: ForgeRock (not required) Experience in: Global or enterprise-scale organizations Multi-entity environments (subsidiaries, international operations)
