Job Description

Most importantly, the company is actively giving back and supporting the construction industry with knowledge sharing initiatives from its Knowledge & Resolution Hub in Oakville, Ontario where industry leaders come together to share experiences, pass on insights, and collaborate on change.
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are seeking multipleConstruction Schedulers to join our team. These roles span intermediate to senior/leadership levels, supporting major infrastructure, transit, and building (including ICI) projects across Ontario.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering scheduling, planning, and claims/issue management, support services on complex projects.
Intermediate Schedulers (3+ years):
- Hands-on experience developing and updating construction schedules
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Good understanding of construction sequencing and methodologies.
- Increasing understanding of schedule analysis techniques.
Senior Schedulers (7+ years):

Experience leading scheduling functions on complex projects

Advanced schedule analysis and reporting capabilities

Experience in forensic delay analysis, claims, or dispute support is desirable

Ability to review and challenge contractor schedules and propose solution based approaches
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- 3+ years related experience for the intermediate role
- 7+ years related experience for the senior/leadership role
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles
- Familiarity with contract forms and procurement approaches e.g., CCDC, CMAR, P3
- PMP, PSP (AACE), or equivalent certifications are considered an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Commercial awareness and understanding of scheduling and approaches to successful project delivery

Compensation:
CAD 68,960 - CAD 94,820 yearly for the Intermediate Scheduler roles
CAD 97,360 - CAD 133,870 yearly for the Senior Scheduler roles
