  • Maintain a strong, consistent voice across all communications.
  • Review and improve product and marketing content to meet quality standards.
  • Provide guidance on writing, editing, and translation best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and deliver content efficiently.
  • Support communication planning for key initiatives.
  • Create and maintain processes, workflows, and style guidelines.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members’ growth and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional program degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in a related field.
  • Experience in content creation, writing, editing, or communications.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, or supervise a team.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to create clear, engaging content and adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Experience reviewing and improving content, including complex or sensitive topics.
  • Creative thinker who brings new ideas and looks for ways to improve content and processes.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of accountability and ownership of work.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and basic database concepts.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team’s development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Bilingual (French and English*), spoken and written. (*) This qualification is required as you will be interacting with partners, vendors, internal/external clients and/or staff across Canada on a regular basis.

We are an equal opportunity employer. While we appreciate all the expressed interest in joining our team, only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
