Make an impact with our Marketing team as a Regional Marketing Assistant. This diverse team of professionals thinks outside the box to develop creative and innovative marketing programs. As a trusted advisor, you’ll produce exceptional marketing solutions, from concept to production, and you’ll collaborate on campaigns that promote, protect and position MNP’s brand.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Workfront and related MNP marketing systems, implementing updates and process improvements as needed, while managing incoming marketing requests, triaging work to the appropriate teams, and monitoring workflow progress to ensure efficient execution and on time delivery
- Maintain vendor relationships with external suppliers and coordinate vendor invoicing and accounts payable processes
- Conduct on-going reporting of workload metrics and analytics
- Conduct market research as needed
- Develop an understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry, ensuring firm brand standards are being followed
- Build strong, solutions-oriented relationships with our Regional and National Marketing teams
- Collaborate and manage special projects and act as a marketing resource across client service groups as required
- Support lead management activities using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Act as a steward of the Regional SharePoint environment, ensuring documents, templates, presentations, event files, and marketing resources are properly organized, archived, and accessible within SharePoint and Microsoft Teams channels.
- Coordinate logistics for client events, sponsorship activations; assist with on-site event support, travel to regional offices and event locations as required
Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary education in marketing, business administration, or another related field
- 2+ years of administration or project coordination experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A valid driver’s license is necessary as travel will be required
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
