About the role
Position Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator with 3+ years of experience supporting multiple projects in Legal and Regulatory Compliance environments. Experienced in project coordination, budget tracking, status reporting, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder communication. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Coordinate up to 10 concurrent projects. Track project budgets, spending, and financial reports. Gather project status updates from Project Managers. Facilitate bi-weekly project review meetings. Prepare progress, risk, and financial reports for leadership. Maintain project documentation and tracking tools. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
3+ years of hands-on experience in Project Coordination / Project Controls. Experience supporting projects within Legal and Regulatory Compliance environments. Track and monitor project financials, budgets, and spending. Coordinate with Project Managers to gather project status updates. Host and facilitate biweekly project review meetings with PMs. Manage coordination activities across up to 10 concurrent projects. Prepare and maintain spending and financial reports for Directors. Ensure timely reporting of project progress, risks, and financial status. Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools preferred.
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,000.00–$90,000.00. This role is an existing vacancy.
