BET99 is looking for a Field Marketing Associate for the province of Alberta. As a member of the broader marketing team, you will be working closely with other departments internally as well as partners and vendors in order to support and execute campaigns that combine creative briefs with data-driven decisions. The core responsibilities of this position are creating activation strategies that are aligned with the organization’s vision and goals and will act as the on-field lead at our partners’ events and activations sites and oversee our social media presence and create engaging content to help us grow our brand.

Responsibilities: Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects cross-functionally to ensure deliverables are completed on time Support Ad-hoc projects and tasks in response to evolving business priorities and operational needs Work with the marketing team and partners to plan and manage the execution of marketing programs from start to finish Answer customer inquiries and provide information regarding the company’s products, services, and policies Engage with potential customers and create a positive image of the company Independently coordinate marketing events, including overseeing logistics and coordinating with vendors Maintain open, clear, and timely communication with team members, Special Projects Lead, stakeholders, and venues to ensure smooth event execution. Stay current on market trends and competitive activity

Skills and Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in marketing, business, promotions or hospitality Possess the ability to recruit, manage and motivate a team Strong organizational and project management skills A self-starter who can independently move projects forward and meet tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of creativity and strong problem-solving skills Ability to travel within the province. Must have a valid AB driver's license Must have an operational vehicle for travel. Work Location: on site (various) Workdays: Mo-Fri, can include weekends
