About the role
Codentrel, a leading provider of advanced IT, telecom, and AI-driven solutions, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, market expansion, and strategic communications. This role is ideal for a creative, analytical, and highly organized professional who can blend strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen Codentrel's brand presence and market reach Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and web content Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development goals Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI Manage public relations activities, press releases, and media engagement to enhance brand visibility Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and webinars to promote Codentrel's products and services Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum impact
Requirements
Education & Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the technology, telecom, or IT sector
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) Experience in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling for technical and business audiences
Soft Skills
Excellent strategic thinking and project management skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively Highly self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Work Conditions
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Occasional evening or weekend work for events and campaign deadlines May require travel for conferences, client meetings, and exhibitions
