PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives across digital and traditional channels. Develop and manage corporate content, including presentations, campaigns, internal communications, website updates, and marketing collateral. Support brand positioning and awareness initiatives across healthcare and corporate audiences. Coordinate campaign execution from planning through reporting and performance analysis. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic communication objectives. Manage social media, digital engagement activities, and online communication strategies. Maintain consistency in corporate messaging, visual standards, and communication tone. Assist with event coordination, stakeholder communications, and promotional initiatives. Monitor marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase engagement and effectiveness. Manages and coordinates external marketing partners and vendors.
Requirements THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Education & Training Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. Work Experience & Accomplishments Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing and communications experience. Demonstrated experience executing campaigns across digital platforms and communication channels. Proven background in content development, corporate communications, and stakeholder engagement. Experience supporting brand growth within professional or healthcare-focused organizations is preferred. Track record of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced business environments. Skills & Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Highly proficient with Microsoft applications and collaboration tools used for marketing campaigns. Strong organizational and project management capability. Ability to develop clear, professional content for varied audiences. Experience coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership and operational teams. Strong judgment, professionalism, and execution discipline.
