Accountabilities: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for business banking initiatives, aligning product investments with customer needs and business objectives. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, prioritization, development, launch, experimentation, and post-launch optimization to maximize customer adoption and engagement. Build a deep understanding of business banking products, market trends, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation. Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and cross-functional partners including Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-focused solutions. Use qualitative research, customer feedback, analytics, financial modeling, and growth metrics to inform product decisions and measure success. Support the evolution of product management best practices while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture. Requirements Proven experience leading and delivering successful digital products, including ownership of complex product initiatives and cross-functional programs. Background in small business, B2B, or financial services products, with experience in business banking considered a strong advantage. Strong product strategy and execution skills with the ability to balance long-term vision and rapid iteration. Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on architecture, systems design, and technical trade-offs. Experience leveraging customer research, product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to improve product outcomes. Familiarity with AI tools and a clear perspective on how they can enhance product management workflows. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-moving and ambiguous environments. Passion for building intuitive customer experiences and improving access to financial services. Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from CA$151,200 to CA$189,000, based on experience and level.
