Position: Life Enrichment Manager Location: Thornhill, ON (On-Site) Salary: $57,000-$70,000 per year Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Posting Type: Open vacancy Our client, a vibrant retirement community in Thornhill, is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Life Enrichment Manager to bring energy, connection, and purpose to residents' daily lives. In this leadership role, you'll design and deliver engaging programs that inspire wellness, foster meaningful relationships, and create memorable experiences for seniors. From fitness classes and social events to community outings and special celebrations, you'll play a key role in shaping an exceptional resident experience. What You'll Do:

• Develop and lead innovative social, recreational, fitness, and wellness programs
• Create opportunities for residents to stay active, connected, and engaged
• Conduct resident assessments and tailor activities to individual interests and abilities
• Inspire, coach, and support Life Enrichment Assistants and volunteers
• Plan exciting events, outings, and community celebrations
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and operations
• Promote programs through newsletters, calendars, and community outreach What You'll Bring:
• 2+ years of experience in retirement living, recreation, healthcare, or a related field
• Post-secondary education in Recreation, Gerontology, Kinesiology/Fitness, Therapeutic Recreation, or a related discipline
• A passion for creating meaningful experiences for seniors
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license required; CPR/First Aid is an asset
