Talent Development Manager - Remote within Canada

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Talent Development Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of enterprise talent programs.

In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert and single point of accountability for Talent Development, owning the Talent Development Centre of Excellence. You will translate business and workforce needs into scalable, high-impact talent solutions that enhance organizational capability, employee experience, and business performance.

Here's what you will spend your time doing:

  • Own the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent development programs
  • Establish program frameworks, governance, and standards across all talent development initiatives
  • Define and track success metrics, using both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects, developing clear project plans, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Proactively manage project dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure successful delivery
  • Partner closely with People Partners, business leaders, and front-line teams to ensure programs reflect real operational needs
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and pilot programs to gather input, test assumptions, and refine solutions
  • Support leaders and employees through change management, enablement tools, and clear, effective communication
  • Drive adoption and integration of talent programs across the organization
  • Leverage employee listening data, engagement results, and talent insights to inform continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with HRIS and People Systems teams to embed programs into systems such as SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ensure talent programs are scalable, efficient, and integrated into core workflows across the employee lifecycle
  • Continuously refine programs to improve impact, adoption, and operational efficiency

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Development, Talent Management, or related HR disciplines
  • Proven success designing and implementing enterprise talent management solutions that drive business performance
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with HRIS/TMIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
  • University degree and HR-related certification required
  • PMP (Prosci) is an asset
