POSITION SUMMARY
This role supports Entrepreneurs’ Organization. Employment may be through a local employing entity or employer-of-record partner, depending on the hiring location.
The Manager, Chapter Operational Excellence supports the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of EO’s Chapter Health Framework and related chapter operations initiatives. This role manages the tools, processes, resources, communications, and project plans that help regions and chapters understand chapter health, address operational challenges, and strengthen member value delivery.
This position serves as a key operations and project lead for chapter health workstreams, including Chapter Health Advisory Council initiatives, rollout of regional support and communication programs, chapter health communications, Presidents Meeting materials, chapter health reporting, and standard chapter operations resources. The Manager also supports chapter lifecycle, at-risk chapter, and governance processes to help ensure chapters receive consistent support, intervention, and guidance when needed.
Working closely with the VP, Chapter Operations, the Director, Chapter Health, the Senior Manager, Chapter President Success, the Chapter Staff Operations Manager, regional stakeholders, member leaders, and cross-functional teams, this role ensures chapter health initiatives are coordinated, clearly communicated, and integrated into EO’s broader planning and operational rhythms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Chapter Health Framework and Workstream Management
- Develop and lead a chapter leadership development strategy focused on Presidents and Area Directors.
- Align leadership development programs, training, and resources with EO’s strategic plan, Chapter Health Framework, and organizational priorities.
- Assess current leadership development offerings and identify opportunities to improve consistency, relevance, accessibility, and impact.
- Use chapter health data, stakeholder feedback, and organizational priorities to inform leadership development strategy and program improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for initiatives and projects that impact Presidents, Area Directors, and chapter-facing leadership development.
Chapter Health Operations, SOPs, and Resources
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for chapter health and chapter operations, including success metrics, escalation processes, and recommended practices.
- Create and maintain a chapter guide and repository of best practices, templates, tools, and resources to support chapter success.
- Coordinate the development and maintenance of chapter health resources, including SOPs, best practices, training materials, and communication tools.
- Create support tools to help regions and chapters resolve common operational issues and enhance member value.
- Ensure chapter health resources are accessible, current, consistent, and aligned with EO’s broader chapter operations strategy.
Chapter Performance, Lifecycle, and Governance Support
- Support tools and processes to analyze chapter performance and share insights with stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing quarterly reports on chapter health metrics, trends, risks, and recommendations for leadership review.
- Monitor chapter health data, operational indicators, and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for support.
- Support chapter lifecycle processes, including new chapter integration, chapter development, probationary support, and potential revocation of the Chapter License Agreement.
- Support at-risk chapter management by coordinating resources, interventions, communications, documentation, and escalation processes.
- Maintain documentation and operational processes related to chapter governance, chapter compliance, and standard chapter operations policies.
Cross-Functional Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with the Senior Manager, Chapter President Success to ensure chapter health tools and insights inform President and Area Director training.
- Coordinate with the Chapter Staff Operations Manager to ensure Chapter Staff receive clear resources, communications, and support related to chapter health and chapter operations.
- Partner with regional teams, portfolios, member leaders, and staff stakeholders to ensure chapter health initiatives are implemented consistently and adapted appropriately by region.
- Draft and coordinate chapter health communications, updates, presentations, and stakeholder materials.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, project management, association management, chapter/component relations, governance support, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, stakeholder input, and competing priorities.
- Experience developing SOPs, operational resources, process documentation, or support tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear presentations, updates, and stakeholder-facing materials.
- Experience managing direct reports or coaching team members.
- Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across cultures, audiences, and leadership levels.
- Ability to interact with entrepreneurs with tact diplomacy, and poise
- Exercises confidentiality and discretion
- Fluency in English
- Willing to travel internationally; duties of this position require travel approximately 2-4 times per year with advance notice
POSTING DISCLOSURES
Compensation: $76,000-85,000 CAD

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / ROLE CONDITIONS
- This role is primarily sedentary/light work and requires regular use of a computer, telephone, and video-conference platforms.
- The role requires the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
- The role requires travel up to 20%
