Below are the details of the position: Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: First Canadian Place (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite/week) Duration: 14 Months (Potential extension or full-time conversion) Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (37.5 hours/week) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support a high-performing Wealth Marketing team operating in a fast-paced, transformational environment. This role is responsible for managing multiple marketing initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with brand and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has strong project management capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, experience within banking or financial services, and is comfortable working with budgets, reporting, and campaign performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities Project Management & Campaign Execution Manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives with competing priorities. Execute go-to-market strategies for campaigns and promotional offers. Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and critical paths. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet business objectives. Marketing Operations Coordinate creative development and media execution. Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies. Ensure marketing deliverables align with campaign briefs and brand guidelines. Creative, Compliance & Approvals Review creative assets against legal and compliance requirements. Coordinate approvals and marketing asset trafficking. Prepare presentation decks and campaign updates. Ensure French translation requirements are completed accurately. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and agency partners. Provide regular project updates and manage expectations. Influence cross-functional teams while maintaining strong working relationships. Reporting & Analytics Prepare monthly campaign performance reports for leadership. Analyze campaign KPIs and marketing effectiveness. Track budget utilization and forecast future spending. Budget Management Manage marketing budgets and monthly financial reporting. Submit budget control reports to Finance. Monitor actual spend versus forecast and incentive budgets.
