About the Role Are you an experienced, dynamic IT Project Manager looking to drive high-visibility global initiatives?
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead end-to-end corporate IT facilities, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will work in a high-energy, multi-cultural environment, collaborating with subject matter experts, cross-functional teams, and IT architects to build robust IT infrastructure frameworks. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead IT Facilities and Infrastructure projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring strict alignment with ISI standards, processes, and governance. Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee critical initiatives, including structured cabling, network upgrades (WAN/LAN/WLAN), wireless deployments, compute/storage modernization, hardware refreshes, OS patching cycles, and physical security. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly across multiple stakeholders (Facilities, Manufacturing, Labs, Security, IT, etc.) to gather specifications and execute projects. Budget & Scope Management: Create, deliver, and manage project schedules, scopes, budgets, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans across global organizations. Vendor Management: Drive vendor activities, including RFPs, SOW reviews, BOM/ROM validation, and on-site coordination. Documentation & Reporting: Ensure technical assessments, design packages, and budgets are reviewed and approved. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and deliver clear executive updates. Data & Optics: Leverage PMO organizational skills to enhance data integrity, utilizing tools like CAD Viewer, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Anaplan, Tableau, and Lucid charts to provide actionable insights. What You Bring (Skills & Requirements) Experience: 10+ years of proven experience managing complex, high-visibility IT Infrastructure and Facilities projects across multiple locations. Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) with excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Technical Acumen: Strong background in Low Voltage Cabling, AV/collaboration implementations, MDF & IDF design, Cell DAS, structured cabling, and network technologies. Tools & Platforms: Expert in Office 365, Zoom, Smartsheet, Anaplan, MS Project, Excel, Tableau, Bluebeam, and Lucid charts. Ability to build analytical dashboards for executive leadership. Soft Skills: Strong conflict resolution, decision-making, and prioritization skills. Comfortable working with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, regulated, and highly technical environment. Vendor & Financials: Deep understanding of vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget tracking. 🎓 Education & Certifications Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or IT. Certification: An Active PMP Certification is strictly required
