Position Summary
Reporting to the General Manager of Decoustics, the Project Manager Supervisor (PMS) leads the Project Management function for the Decoustics operation overseeing project execution across all phases and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The PMS Manages and supports a team of Project Managers, drives operational excellence, and fosters cross-functional collaboration. Accountable for team performance, efficient project delivery, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsabilities
Project Execution & Oversight
Lead project workload planning and assignment across the team to effectively meet customer needs and departmental capacity. Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues Ensure compliance with internal project management processes Provide regular updates to Leadership
Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as escalation point for complex project issues Partner with Estimating, Purchasing, and Production to develop accurate preliminary and final project timelines Maintain strong customer relationships and manage expectations
Leadership & Team Development
Manage and develop a team of 3 Project Managers Support onboarding and training Ensure adherence to processes and standards

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business 5-7 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction or equivalent Industry experience in manufacturing or construction Leadership experience preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) designation an asset Team size: 3 direct reports Travel: ~10% Work environment: Office and manufacturing setting

Certain provinces require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates, the base pay range for this position is 90,000 to $110,000 per year. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is discretionary.
