About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager, Business Integration & Insights to lead the delivery of data-driven insights, business performance reporting, and cross-functional business improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing how data, reporting, and analytics translate into actionable business outcomes, while also managing key projects related to business improvement and technology enablement.

As a leader within the Business Integration function, you will shape and advance the performance insight framework, guide a portfolio of key initiatives, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology investments and business value realization. You will balance hands-on analytical work with leadership responsibilities, driving execution and influencing decision-making through clear, insight-driven recommendations. This role is ideal for a professional who can navigate both strategic and tactical priorities, leveraging strong communication, analytical thinking, and project management expertise to drive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Performance Reporting & Insights: Own and continuously enhance the business performance reporting framework, including KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting tied to technology initiatives and business improvements. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations, highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities. Partner with technology team to improve data accessibility, quality, automation, and reporting capabilities.

Business Improvement & Operational Effectiveness: Lead business improvement efforts, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, practical solutions. Define and document future-state processes, workflows, and SOPs to support consistency and operational clarity. Promote disciplined, structured approaches to continuous improvement across the team and broader business.

Collaboration & Communication: Prepare clear, executive‑ready communications including progress updates, performance summaries, and decision support materials. Facilitate working sessions, status updates, and post‑implementation reviews to ensure transparency and accountability. Serve as a trusted partner to cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment between technology delivery and business outcomes.

Key Qualifications & Competencies:

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, accounting, information systems, or a related field. You have 8–10+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, reporting and insights, business integration, or project/program delivery, with demonstrated ownership of complex initiatives. You bring strong expertise in data analysis and performance reporting, with advanced Excel skills and experience building dashboards or executive-level reporting. You have a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, and drive workstreams through to completion. You are highly organized and execution-focused, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You communicate effectively and confidently, with experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders. You have experience supporting or leading process improvement efforts and operational changes, with a practical, results-oriented approach. Experience working closely with technology teams, system implementations, or data/reporting enhancements is strongly preferred. Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Lean/Six Sigma are considered an asset.

What to Expect

We are committed to setting our colleagues up for success from day one. During your initial months, you may participate in more frequent in-office training designed to build your knowledge, confidence, and connections.

As you become established in your role, you will transition to our hybrid working model, currently consisting of 3 days per week in the office, offering both flexibility and continued collaboration.
