Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day coordination activities between project owners, internal client teams, and integrator partners.
- Align integrator scope of work with client requirements and technical standards.
- Establish inspection schedules and quality checkpoints for equipment assembly and testing.
- Provide technical input and coordination for commissioning scripts executed at the integrator facility.
- Plan and coordinate installation methods, ensuring compliance with design specifications and workmanship quality.
- Oversee integrator activities to ensure adherence to Schneider Electric specifications, offering hands-on technical expertise as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including photos, checklists, and punch lists.
- Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership, integrator contacts, and customers.
- Serve as the onsite point of contact, escalating issues as necessary to maintain project schedules and momentum.
Qualifications
- 35 years of electrical experience, plus 2 years of trade school, college education, or equivalent journeyman experience.
- Proficiency with Procore or similar software and strong ability to read and interpret submittals, specifications, and one-line diagrams.
- Working knowledge of ATS, UPS, and switchgear systems, with exposure to commissioning processes.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel within Canada and North America as required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Bilingual (French/English) preferred.
- OSHA 30 or Canadian equivalent certification preferred.
- NFPA 70E or Canadian equivalent certification preferred.
- First Aid/CPR certification (required within the first 30 days if not current)
Offered compensation: $55/yr - $65/yr
Experience and License Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of electrical experience
- Bilingual - French/English preferred (optional)
- CSA Z462 Training (optional)
- Exposure to commissioning processes
- Possess a current Passport for travel to North America occasionally (optional)
- Working knowledge of ATS, UPS, and Switchgear Systems
