Position: Cloud IAM Delivery Lead (Microsoft Entra ID & MFA) We are seeking an experienced Cloud IAM Delivery Lead to drive a large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation program focused on Microsoft Entra ID and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) rollout across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM initiatives, ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams. • Drive stakeholder alignment and provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and dependencies. • Partner with business, security, engineering, and architecture teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions. • Manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, and communications. • Guide enterprise-wide adoption of Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and identity integration initiatives. • Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery and compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements: • 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale IAM, Security, or Cloud programs. • Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Providers (IdP), SSO, and MFA. • Solid understanding of authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. • Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and executive leadership. • Knowledge of Azure cloud environments and secure application deployment practices. • Proven ability to drive execution, resolve ambiguity, and lead cross-functional teams. Preferred: • Experience with enterprise IAM transformations or MFA rollouts. • Exposure to ForgeRock or similar IAM platforms. • Experience supporting global or multi-entity organizations.
