A career as a Technical Advisor in the Transactions and Specialized Products team within Capital Markets at National Bank means acting as an operational and legal support specialist in the structured products space. Your role Coordinate the various stages involved in the implementation of structured products, including documentation management and follow-ups with internal and external partners Optimize processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of structured product activities Support continuous disclosure requirements by preparing and maintaining required documentation Produce and adapt a variety of technical and legal reports and documents Collaborate closely with internal teams, including financial engineering specialists, to ensure high-quality deliverables Your teamWithin the Transactions and Specialized Products sector, you are part of a team of 14 colleagues and report to the Senior Director.
