Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously from initiation through completion, tracking progress while proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, or delays. Timeline & Milestone Coordination: Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project milestones across internal teams and clients to ensure all deadlines are met and stakeholders remain informed. Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. Planning & Execution: Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution activities, including coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and action items across teams. Documentation & Reporting: Organize and maintain project documentation, notes, and reporting, alongside creating project status reports for leadership and clients. Resource & Scope Management: Monitor project budgets, scope, and resource allocation where applicable. Process Optimization: Develop and improve project management processes and workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support cross-functional collaboration between operations, sales, and client success teams.

4.) Must-Have Requirements 5+ years of Project Management experience. Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines. Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote environment. Reliable computer, professional workspace, and stable high-speed internet connection. Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

5.) Nice-to-Have Requirements Experience working with marketing agencies, media companies, or service-based businesses. PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications. Experience managing remote teams. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. Experience creating and optimizing operational processes. Bilingual capabilities.
