Job Description Strong experience as Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience - EST Time zone Guides and coaches, the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers. Experience of working in Enterprise Agile Safe. Excellent communication and Servant leadership skills Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques. Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines. Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments Facilitates and supports scrum events as needed: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Helping the product owner maintain the Product backlog Coach teams on self-organization, estimation techniques, and Agile engineering practices. Resolve conflicts and issues that occur Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity Support the product owner and provide education where needed Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills Ability to analyse and think quickly and to resolve conflict Track and report Agile metrics. Ensure transparency of progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders. Identify and address team dysfunctions proactively.
