Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Senior Brand Marketing Manager who is also a creative and strategic brand thinker. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, you will serve as both a key operational partner and a hands-on executor — owning the day-to-day delivery of integrated campaigns, product launches, brand activations, influencer programs, events, and cross-functional initiatives. This is not a strategy-only role. Success here comes from translating creative vision into flawless execution: keeping timelines on track, teams aligned, and details airtight. You will also contribute meaningfully to brand strategy — managing external agencies, driving influencer and PR programs, and supporting key partnerships and experiential activations that elevate market presence.

Key Responsibilities Campaign & Launch Execution Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR, email, retail, and eCommerce channels. Develop campaign briefs, launch plans, timelines, and post-campaign recaps. Support product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and brand partnerships from concept through delivery — on time and on budget. Own the brand marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns align with business goals, product launches, and key cultural moments. Influencer Marketing & UGC Support end-to-end influencer marketing practice, including paid brand ambassadors, long-term partnerships, and organic PR mailer campaigns. Oversee sourcing, curation, and optimization of User-Generated Content (UGC) for social and growth marketing channels. Establish and track KPIs for influencer campaigns — measuring conversion, engagement, and ROI to optimize spend. Public Relations & Media Serve as a point of contact for PR agency partners, guiding strategy to secure high-tier press, digital media coverage, and thought leadership opportunities. Support the development of press materials, pitch angles, and story ideas that elevate brand narrative. Assist with crisis communication strategies and brand reputation management alongside agency partners. Events, Activations & Experiential Support planning and execution of experiential marketing and consumer-facing events — pop-ups, launch parties, trade shows, and brand activations. Coordinate vendors, freelancers, agencies, production partners, and event logistics from ideation to post-event recap. Manage product shipments, travel arrangements, sample requests, and operational details related to events and activations. Brand Partnerships & Collaborations Help identify and execute co-branding collaborations with affinity brands to tap into new audiences. Support cross-functional execution of collaborative products or co-marketed campaigns.

Project Management & Operations Act as the operational hub between Marketing, Creative, Social, Product Development, CX, Operations, and external partners. Build and maintain project plans, marketing calendars, trackers, budgets, and status updates. Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and keep stakeholders informed throughout project lifecycles. Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and executional excellence.

Website, CRM & Digital Marketing Support Coordinate website updates, landing pages, promotional launches, and merchandising initiatives. Support email marketing campaigns, customer retention, and lifecycle marketing programs. Ensure campaign assets are accurately deployed across all customer-facing channels.

Reporting & Performance Track campaign performance and key marketing KPIs; prepare regular reporting and post-campaign analyses. Support brand health reporting — Share of Voice, brand sentiment, and campaign performance — to inform executive stakeholders. Surface insights and recommendations to improve future marketing execution and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills Experience 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, campaign execution, or project management — preferably within a B2C, DTC, or lifestyle brand. Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns from brief through launch. Experience working cross-functionally with creative, digital, and commercial teams. Comfortable managing vendors, agencies, freelancers, and external partners. Beauty, wellness, CPG, or DTC experience is a strong asset. Skills Exceptional organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a reputation for following through. A blend of creative vision and analytical capability — you can back up a great concept with data and ROI metrics. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in project management, marketing, and reporting tools. Willingness to travel occasionally for events, shoots, and activations.
