About the role

Your Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work with Sandoz PSP vendors for excellence in customer and patient support. This includes ensuring nurses and Field Case Managers (FCMs) in the scope of “Best-in-Class” patient support programs (PSPs) for various disease areas are optimally managed. Segment and prioritize centers in collaboration with Sales and aligned with Marketing strategy Engage with senior clinical and managerial staff within key accounts to facilitate dialogue around improvement of Sandoz PSP services Acquire Sandoz PSP related products knowledge, understand and apply related brand strategies and tactics and ensure FCMs execute optimally Gain in-depth understanding of current service challenges on a local and regional basis and remove obstacles Monitor FCM performance, ensure they receive proper coaching and that they are adequately trained on diseases, products, policies and procedures Participate in Sandoz PSP field FTE hiring process with supporting 3rd parties. Prepare detailed project plans outlining the key success factors for the implementation of projects Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to ensure optimal communication, collaboration on priorities and opportunities, and implementation of initiatives. Essential Requirements What you’ll bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in science, administration or another relevant field. Minimum 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry. At least 7 years in direct interaction with customers (sales and/or marketing). Minimum 7 years' experience in PSP. Have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Being able to cover Ontario and the Atlantic provinces. Recognized interpersonal skills, including empathy. Advanced business planning and analytical skills. Demonstrated experience in leading groups to exceed expectations. Ability to work with multiple levels of stakeholders, and to reconcile the expertise of multi-functional teams. Advanced organizational and decision-making skills. Patient and customer service orientation. Ability to manage problem situations and customer complaints. Ability to innovate and develop new ideas that give a competitive edge. Very good knowledge of the Canadian and provincial pharmaceutical market, including the regulatory environment and patient coverage. Excellent oral and written presentation skills. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally. Desirable Requirements / Assets Experience with specialty drugs and biologics. Experience in the PSP environment in Ontario. Being based in the GTA. You’ll Receive A minimum of four weeks’ vacation.
