Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Operations Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Coordinate cross functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review. Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to optimize operations. Manage resource allocation and ensure effective utilization of personnel and materials. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations. Assist in budget preparation and cost management to achieve financial targets. Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Mandatory Skills: Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics. Problem solving mindset with a focus on operational excellence. Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with project management tools and software. Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics. Understanding of financial principles and budgeting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 2- 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role. Proven track record of successful project coordination and management. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
