Job Description The Get Control Program Representative plays a key role in supporting Client's healthcare education initiatives focused on chronic disease management, including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular health. This position provides administrative and program coordination support to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare educational programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service. This individual will collaborate with internal departments, field sales teams, healthcare professionals, and program speakers to ensure all program activities are completed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support healthcare education programs from planning through completion. Schedule educational events, meetings, and program activities. Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, speakers, and field sales representatives. Prepare and manage contracts, documentation, program materials, and related correspondence. Process billing activities and maintain accurate program records. Monitor program timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders in both English and French. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documentation. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and communications. Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Professional customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including: Outlook Excel PowerPoint Microsoft Word Comfortable using email as a primary communication tool. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in program coordination, administrative support, or customer service. Background in the healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is considered an asset. Educational background or work experience in science or a medical-related field is an asset. Knowledge of Medical Office Administration is considered an asset. Experience supporting healthcare professionals or educational programs is preferred.
