We are seeking a strategic and hands-on design leader to shape the future of a B2B commerce platform connecting brands and retailers worldwide.

This role combines product vision, team leadership, and design excellence to create intuitive experiences for complex business workflows.

You will lead a talented design team while remaining deeply connected to the craft through reviews, critiques, and product decisions.

As a key member of the product leadership team, you will influence strategy, roadmap direction, and customer outcomes.

You will help transform complex, relationship-driven processes into seamless digital experiences that deliver measurable business value.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing product environment where innovation, collaboration, and quality are highly valued.

In this role, you will define the product design vision, elevate design standards, and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional experiences for a two-sided B2B platform. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to shape strategy, solve complex problems, and ensure design drives meaningful outcomes.

Establish and execute a clear design vision that aligns customer needs, business goals, and product strategy. Lead and mentor a team of product designers, providing coaching, feedback, career development, and hands-on design guidance. Maintain a high quality bar through design critiques, reviews, and direct involvement in key product initiatives. Translate ambiguous strategic opportunities into clear design direction, priorities, and actionable product experiences. Partner with product and engineering leadership to influence roadmap decisions and ensure design is integrated throughout the development process. Create consistency across the product experience by improving fragmented user journeys and establishing scalable design practices. Manage team capacity, priorities, and resources while fostering a collaborative and inclusive design culture. Advocate for customer-centered design decisions and continuously improve how design contributes to business success.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced product design leader with strong strategic thinking, exceptional design judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in complex product environments. You should bring a balance of leadership experience, hands-on expertise, and strong cross-functional influence.

12+ years of product design experience, including significant experience with complex platforms such as B2B software, marketplaces, or commerce products. 7+ years of experience leading and developing product design teams. Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to guide product, interaction, and visual design decisions. Experience operating as a hands-on leader who remains connected to the details of the design process. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape product strategy through compelling communication and design work. Strong product thinking with the ability to challenge assumptions and understand the “why” behind business decisions. Experience navigating ambiguity, change, and fast-moving environments while keeping teams aligned and motivated. Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
