Who You Are: Experienced consultant in Incentive Compensation Management solution or experienced Compensation Administrator with at least 5 years of experience. Advanced/Expert level with MS Excel Should be able to convert complex customer requirements and building configuration options, with ability to guide clients through decision-making process Client focused, strong communicator, and strong leadership skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (business & technical) Experience handling multiple tasks/projects at one time Proven track record of being a top achiever Willing to travel across Canada and US Must be legally entitled to work in Canada What you will be doing: As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for all implementation artifacts which involve requirement gathering from the client, design, build and unit test, perform SIT, support UAT, carry out deployment and provide post implementation support. Client focused engagement for consulting and ensure high level of customer service. Manage and foster strong ongoing client relationship and provide support to existing clients In the first month, you will be trained on our products and processes along with doing a mock implementation. Within the first three months, you will be working on 5 concurrent Implementation and will be ensuring successful go lives each month. 10% travel across North America Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 5 years of experience in Technology Consulting or as Compensation Administrator. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks Advanced Expert knowledge using MS Excel System Integration experience and Troubleshooting skills are must have Confident communication style with strong presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills. Strong Consulting Experience in Compensation domain preferred. Past experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment preferred. Previous experience with SPM solutions an asset i.e. Varicent, Callidus, Xactly, Synygy, Anaplan Candidates with university degrees in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
