Job Description
The Marketing Operations Lead within Rockwell Automation's marketing operations team and manages, supports, and advances our core demand generation marketing technology tools and processes, integrations, and workflows while overseeing governance of this technology for Rockwell Automation and Plex Systems.
You will work within the Global Marketing Operations group and report to the Global Marketing Operations Sr. Manager as part of a dynamic, innovative team of digital professionals. You will work with a team of marketing professionals in the areas of demand generation, planning and processes, and project management. You will serve as the global point person for digital tools and processes and provide support for the regional execution and building our new digital demand capabilities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Marketing Technology
- Lead marketing infrastructure deployment and integration, including outlining marketing technology roles and responsibilities and evaluating the maturity of skills and process required to efficiently use technology
- Develop marketing's technology roadmap; work with sales operations and other appropriate functions to create a technology roadmap that is aligned across revenue engine
- Promote the adoption and use of our current technology
- Keep up to date on martech landscape expansion and trends to provide recommendations for new technologies
- Guide global/regional sustainable usage of primary marketing technology by developing documented processes and capabilities in consideration of capacity.
- Be global point person for digital processes
- Set global governance of data standards to harmonise data between MAP, CRM, LMP, GMOT and cloud-based tools.
- Power user / systems configurator and administrator of these tools
- Management and governance of tool usage and standards.Marketing Operations
- Ensure understanding of end-to-end marketing processes and supporting systems
- Support marketing leaders and staff by delivering capabilities with current technology and recommending new solutions
- Prioritize, sequences, and manages implementation and enhancement projects according to resource availability and timelines
- Global requirements gathering and deployment of integrated digital tools and processes
- Contribute to process and data governance projects to ensure technology management complies with governance standards
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

8+ years of professional experience in Marketing Automation, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing

Demonstrated experience globally deploying and supporting marketing technology management platforms and infrastructure, preferrably Eloqua, CDP, CRM

Technical knowledge of tool and database integrations, APIs

Hands-on experience with experimentation, set-up, and assessment in marketing technology related SaaS platforms

Experience and certification with Eloqua or similar marketing automation platform

Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI

Knowledge of HTML, SQL

- This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.
For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $77,760.00 - $116,640.00 CAD Annual with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
