This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role responsible for driving complex technical programs that shape how core business systems and data capabilities operate at scale. You will own program strategy and execution across critical pillars including payments, risk, identity, security, and financial systems, as well as data, analytics, experimentation, and reporting platforms. This role sits at the center of Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics teams, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business priorities. You will define frameworks that improve how teams plan, deliver, and measure outcomes while actively reducing operational friction through better systems and automation. The environment is highly collaborative and fast-moving, requiring strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You will also play a key role in shaping how AI is leveraged to modernize program management practices and accelerate execution across the organization. \n

Accountabilities: Own end-to-end program strategy and execution across multiple technical pillars, including business systems (payments, risk, identity, security, accounting) and data/analytics platforms, ensuring alignment with company priorities. Drive cross-functional planning, prioritization, and delivery across Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics teams, acting as the connective tissue between stakeholders. Lead complex, multi-stream technical programs, ensuring clear roadmaps, dependency management, risk mitigation, and timely execution of deliverables. Establish and maintain scalable program frameworks, improving how teams plan, track progress, and communicate across the organization. Partner with engineering and technical teams to translate strategy into execution, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with system architecture and data flows. Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements, leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to reduce coordination overhead. Define and track success metrics for programs, using data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify risks, and adjust execution strategies. Contribute to cross-company initiatives such as annual planning cycles and broader operational processes. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, program management, operations, or equivalent roles within a technology-driven organization. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs independently in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. Strong experience working closely with engineering, product, analytics, and business systems teams, including domains such as payments, risk, identity, or data platforms. Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, from roadmapping through execution and delivery in collaboration with technical teams. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using data to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and drive decision-making. Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and modernize program management practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to balance big-picture strategy with executional depth. Demonstrated problem-solving ability and comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Benefits: Competitive compensation package including base salary, equity opportunities, and performance-based incentives. Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, mental health, and disability support. Fully remote-friendly work model with flexibility across major US and North American metro areas. Generous paid time off including vacation, holidays, sick leave, parental leave, sabbaticals, and volunteer time. Retirement savings plans with company matching and long-term financial support. Wellness programs, home office stipends, and employee support resources. Learning and development opportunities, including access to AI tools and professional growth programs. Inclusive, collaborative culture emphasizing flexibility, autonomy, and continuous improvement.
