About the role
Requirements & Compensation Structure
This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with store management and staff,
ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting both in-store and in-home teams.
You will act as the main point of contact between our company and Home Depot, while making
sure all processes, standards, and expectations are consistently met.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Home Depot store management and associates Act as the primary liaison between the store and our internal team Ensure full compliance with Home Depot program requirements and standards Oversee daily in-store operations and overall program performance Supervise and support Lead Generators and In-Home HVAC Consultants Ensure team members are present, prepared, and performing as expected Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing support to the team Monitor lead flow, appointment scheduling, and overall coordination Ensure all paperwork, documentation, and submissions are accurate and completed on time Maintain organized records and proper reporting Ensure booth setup, branding, and presentation meet required standards at all times Address any issues quickly and maintain a smooth working environment
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, well-presented, and confident in a retail environment Ability to build and maintain relationships with management and staff Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong sense of accountability and follow-through Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset Experience in HVAC, retail programs, or coordination roles is an asset
