As a Technical Program Product Manager III, you will spearhead the member acquisition strategy focused on offers, trials, incentives, and strategic partnerships worldwide. Own the product vision, develop detailed roadmaps, and collaborate with diverse teams—from engineering and science to legal and executive leadership—to deliver seamless, impactful customer experiences. With a global scope, this role challenges you to craft culturally nuanced strategies that resonate locally while aligning with client’s overarching goals.

Required Skills

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

5+ years of proven experience in technical product or program management. Demonstrated ability to contribute to engineering discussions, influencing technology decisions, and shaping product strategy. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of earning trust across various teams. Expertise in defining product vision, creating detailed requirements, and leading cross-functional execution. Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis using SQL, Excel, or similar tools. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Nice To Have Skills

Experience advocating for diverse customer and stakeholder needs during executive planning sessions. Background in developing and executing global product strategies with an understanding of regional nuances. Prior experience working with international teams and understanding cross-cultural market dynamics.

Preferred Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in technical product management within a high-growth environment. Proven track record of managing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and engagement on a global scale.
