Job Description Role Mission The Network Controller coordinates activities related to the daily organization of Air Transat flights, including codeshare and connecting flight programs. This person plays a key role in managing irregular operations and supports the Operations Managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities Set daily priorities for codeshare and connecting flight programs. Communicate directives and priorities to relevant departments within the Integrated Operations Center (IOC). Monitor codeshare flight programs in Altea and ensure accurate updates. Analyze baggage projection modules, identify restrictions, and adjust flight schedules with approval. Compile data and statistics for the daily operations report. Update delay reasons in AIMS and coordinate with internal teams. Coordinate flight schedules between all Air Transat internal departments and monitor airport activities. Assist the Operations Manager during irregular operations, delays, schedule changes and ensure the smooth running of operations. Qualifications College diploma or equivalent in a relevant field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or 7 years in areas such as flight dispatch, crew assignment office, or passenger support services. Strong analytical skills and ability to make complex decisions. Knowledge of AIMS and Altéa systems (an asset). Leadership and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. - A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
