Job Description What is the opportunity? As the Senior Manager, AI Strategy for Wealth Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief of Staff & Head of AI Enablement to execute strategic initiatives and manage key operational elements for the Data & AI team. You will contribute to scaling global AI playbooks, operationalizing team practices, and preparing key executive communications to help. By collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions, driving tangible business impact within our Wealth Management division. What will you do? Support the development and implementation of the strategic vision and OKRs for AI Solutions in Wealth Management. Conduct industry research on Global Wealth Management trends, AI solutions, and competitor strategies to provide actionable insights for leadership. Assist in preparing executive communications, board updates, and stakeholder reports on AI strategy and program progress. Contribute to the design and implementation of global frameworks, governance, and business cases for scaling new AI initiatives. Assist with the operational aspects of a globally distributed Data & AI team, including PI planning, workforce management, and team capability building. Help coordinate executive leadership forums and execute change management strategies to drive the adoption of various AI program priorities. Assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor quality standards. What do you need to succeed? Must haves: 2-4 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or a similar role within a large, complex organization. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and an ownership mindset, with a track record of proactively identifying opportunities and driving business impact. Experience synthesizing complex insights into clear, concise executive communication and presentations. Strong collaborative skills to support cross-functional teams and facilitate decision-making processes. Nice-to-have: Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or emerging technologies in financial services. Experience working in wealth management, banking, asset management, or financial services. Experience assisting with agile team operations (e.g., PI planning). Experience supporting budget management or financial tracking for large-scale initiatives. What’s in it for you?
